What advance notice does confidentiality interpreting require?
For one-time clients without an account, request confidentiality remote interpreting at least one hour ahead. Onsite Spanish requires at least 24 hours; other onsite languages, including ASL, require at least 36 hours. Confirmation depends on availability. Clients with active accounts: Available on demand via client portal.
