No minimum is required for clients with active accounts. Active-account services are available on demand via the client portal.
What advance notice does about us interpreting require?
For one-time clients without an account, request about us remote interpreting at least one hour ahead. Onsite Spanish requires at least 24 hours; other onsite languages, including ASL, require at least 36 hours. Confirmation depends on availability. Is about us interpreting available around the clock?
OnDemandLingo can be contacted 24/7 about about us interpreting. For one-time clients without an account, the booking notice still applies and an immediate interpreter connection is not guaranteed. Clients with active accounts can access on-demand interpreting through the client portal.
